At Piper Mitchell Aesthetics, I take the privacy of my clients and anyone contacting the clinic seriously.

I do not currently use client contact details to send marketing emails or newsletters.

I do not currently use client treatment photographs for website or social media marketing.

  • Relevant medical history, medications, skin concerns and other health information needed to assess treatment suitability and provide appropriate care.
  • Consultation notes, treatment records and relevant treatment photographs.

I only ask for information relevant to your enquiry, consultation or treatment.

How your information is used

I use your information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and arrange appointments.
  • Carry out consultations and assess treatment suitability.

  • Process payments and manage cancellations or refunds.

I do not currently use client contact details to send marketing emails or newsletters.

I process personal information where necessary to respond to your enquiries, arrange and provide services, meet legal obligations and manage the legitimate administration of my clinic.

Consultation and treatment records may include sensitive health information. This information is collected and used only where an appropriate legal basis and additional condition for processing health information apply.

How your information is stored

Consultation and treatment records are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised individuals.

Website enquiries are received through my business email.

Treatment photographs may be stored securely on my phone for treatment records and monitoring. They are deleted when they are no longer required.

I do not currently use client treatment photographs for website or social media marketing.

How long information is kept

Consultation and treatment records are retained for seven years following your last treatment, in accordance with my insurance requirements. After this period, records are securely destroyed.

Other personal information, including general enquiries and treatment photographs, is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or where a longer period is required by law.

Sharing your information

I do not sell your personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers involved in operating the website, handling business email and processing payments.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary in connection with insurance or legal claims.
