Professional Skin Treatments

Once we've established your personalised at home internal and external skin protocol, this is where professional treatments come in.

Piper Mitchell carrying out a facial treatment

These are treatments you can't and shouldn't be doing yourself at home. They work at a level that skincare products can't reach and stimulate processes like collagen production, cellular regeneration and tissue repair that are vital for improving the overall structure and appearance of your skin.

They also carry inherent risks, which is why the equipment, the products being used and the experience of the person performing the treatment are so important, and why you should never try to carry these out yourself at home.

I don't believe every client needs every treatment.

What I recommend will depend on your skin, what we're trying to achieve and whether your skin is in the right position to benefit from it.

Piper Mitchell carrying out microneedling

SkinPen Microneedling

Microneedling is my all time favourite treatment for stimulating collagen production, improving skin texture, reducing the appearance of fine lines and acne scarring, and improving overall skin quality.

I use SkinPen, an FDA cleared, medical grade microneedling device.

Mesotherapy, Skin Boosters & Nappage

Mesotherapy and skin boosters are treatments used to improve skin hydration, texture, elasticity and overall skin quality.

The formulation I use will depend on your skin and what we're trying to achieve. I don't use the same product or protocol on everybody.

Piper Mitchell applying a facial peel

AlumierMD Chemical Peels

Chemical peels use carefully selected acids to encourage skin cell turnover, improve skin texture and reveal fresher, healthier looking skin.

I use AlumierMD professional chemical peels, which can be tailored to address concerns including pigmentation, congestion, dullness, uneven skin tone and fine lines.

Modern chemical peels don't necessarily involve the dramatic peeling or downtime people often associate with them. Depending on the formulation, they can provide effective skin resurfacing with relatively little disruption to your normal routine.

Chemical peels aren't something I automatically include in a skin treatment plan. I'll recommend one when I believe it's the most appropriate treatment for your skin and what we're trying to achieve.

Dermaplaning

For me, dermaplaning is about removing excess vellus hair, commonly known as peach fuzz, particularly if you’re getting ready for a wedding, special event or big night out.

Makeup sits beautifully after dermaplaning.

Relaxing Face Massage & Deep Cleanse

Not every skin treatment needs to be corrective. Sometimes a relaxing facial is exactly what your body needs.

This is a deeply relaxing treatment that's great for both your nervous system and your skin.

You'll enjoy a gorgeous face massage followed by a deep cleanse, with appropriate serums and masks selected for your skin.

Clients always leave feeling relaxed and loving how their skin looks and feels.

It's not designed to correct underlying skin concerns. It's simply a really lovely facial treatment, and sometimes that's exactly what you want.
